Bright Blue EcoMedia launched a new web site and accompanying teacher’s guide today for the Bloom film series. With support from the Lintilhac Foundation, the new web site includes all four parts of the Bloom film series, links to press and screenings, and a teacher’s guide with lessons and activities designed to help students develop a deeper understanding of the challenge of eutrophication, the impacts on public health, and the ecological design solutions to protect our precious freshwater resources. Lesson plans have been written for high school students and to emphasize the standards articulated in the National Science Education Standards for grades 9-12.

Enjoy the new web site and, as always, we welcome your comments and suggestions.
